Hi M – I saved you in my Contacts a while ago because you and I are very similar in height/weight/age and now apparently, skin type. Your questions have intrigued me because they are ones I’ve wondered but never bothered to ask.
I can’t stand fruity-smelling body lotions (which narrows down the field considerably) and I’ve tried many, many brands. These are what I find to have worked best for me:
For the body, I use Keri (anytime use), Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion (winter/dry days; absorbs without being heavy) and Amway’s Body Series Hand & Body Lotion (SPF 15; summertime; awesome for hands because it’s not greasy).
For the face, I’ve been using Amway’s Artistry Moisture Rich Protective Lotion (SPF 15) but I’m still looking for a decent drugstore brand that is cheaper than Amway. I’ve been thinking about trying the Aveeno facial lotion, but have liked Netrogena in the past.
